Add your comments, save and then send the acctv-survey.doc as an attachment to dbayer@bactv.org.

If you can not download the survey or do not have Word to open the document please email Darla at dbayer@bactv.org and she will send you another format to use.

We will compile the survey answers, make any changes needed and we will all have better TV!
